Warm Swallow Bird’s Nest Soup

Ingredients:

- 10 grams of dried swallow bird’s nest

- 500 ml of water (for soaking)

- 250 ml of water (for cooking)

- 2 tablespoons of rock sugar (or to taste)

- Optional: A few slices of ginger (for added warmth and flavor)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Swallow Bird’s Nest:

- Gently rinse the dried swallow bird’s nest under cold water to remove any impurities.

- Soak the bird's nest in 500 ml of water for 2-3 hours until it softens.
